A counter affidavit has been filed by the Indian Oil Limited (for short 'OIL'). Learned counsel for the petitioners has been served with the copy of the counter affidavit. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the OIL that payment has been made to the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits he has no instruction about the payments.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the State that

Patna High Court CWJC No.6123 of 2020(5) dt.01-08-2022 3/3 if the petitioners are aggrieved by the quantum of compensation then they have remedy of appeal before the District Judge concerned under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962. In view of the above, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners that if the petitioners have any grievance, they may approach the appropriate authority in accordance with law.
