Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the ground mentioned by me in my previous order dated 17.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44702 of 2016 and analogous case. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Buxar Town P.S.Case No. 277 of 2016, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar stands rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trail of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
