In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application, which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for granting him the privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No.146 of 2019, pending in the court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Sasaram, Rohtas.

Permission is accorded.
