JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the uncle of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the sister of informant after five years of the marriage for non-fulfilment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is separate from the husband of the victim and the accusation at best constitutes offence against the petitioner under Section 201 of the IPC.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12
