The petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that save and except the confessional statement made before the Police by one Ripusudan Rai, which has no evidentiary value and is being used to prosecute the present petitioner, there is no other material on record against him and that the said Ripusudan Rai has also been extended the privilege of regular by this Court, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,
