JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1793 of 2019 to the extent of correcting the name of father's name of both the petitioners, village name of petitioner no. 2 and also for extending the period of surrender. It is submitted b y learned counsel for the petitioners that the father's name of petitioner no. 1 has been typed as Md. Safik in place of Md. Safak Khan and father's name of petitioner no. 2 has been typed as Late Farad Mohammad in place of Late Farhat Mohammad and village name of petitioner no. 2 be read as Bhakharua More Tarar.

Learned APP has no objection for modification.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20700 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 It appears that the said mistake has been perpetuated since it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the main petition. In the circumstances, let the name of father's name of petitioner no. 1 be read as Md. Sarak Khan, whereas father's name of petitioner no. 2 be read as Late Farhat Mohammad and village name of petitioner no. 2 be read as Bhakharua More Tarar. The period of surrender is further extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 227 of 2018, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad. The order dated 15.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1793 of 2019 is modified to the extent indicated above.
