The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khiri More P.S. Case No.95 of 2019 regsistered for offences under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated accused, namely, Manu Yadav has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.08.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12085 of 2020.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 28.08.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12085 of 2020, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

No.16425 of 2020(3) dt.08-03-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manish Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Khiri More P.S. Case No.95 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
