1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 74,126(2),115(2),109(1), 119(1),352,3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that informant alleges that the accused persons including the petitioner forcefully took her daughter, who had gone to collect water to their home and when informant along with her husband went to the house of the accused persons, her husband was assaulted.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that entire family members have been implicated with general and omnibus allegation. It is also submitted that no specific allegation is alleged against the petitioner, nor the informant alleges that the victim disclosed about the participation of the petitioner in the occurrence.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions and taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is a woman, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum- Special Judge, POCSO, Patna in connection with NTPC P. S. Case No.89 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. The application stands allowed.
