The petitioner, namely, Rekha Devi @ Sunaina Devi apprehends her arrest in G.R.P. (Rail) Kiul P.S. Case No.82 of 2013 under Sections 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was found talking with the mobile in which SIM was found to be stolen.

Considering the nature of allegation and that the petitioner is a lady, I direct the petitioner named above to surrender before the court below within one month from today and on her so surrendering the petitioner shall be released on bail on
