The present petition has been filed for restoration of a petition bearing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 2706 of 2020, which has stood dismissed for default on account of noncompliance of the peremptory order dated 20.01.2020 passed by this Court.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials on record as also gone through the averments made in the present petition.

No.15422 of 2020(3) dt.15-09-2020 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the petition bearing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 2706 of 2020 to its original file, subject to removal of the defects pointed out by the registry.
