2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Falka P.S. Case No. 95 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 140(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing road robbery.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2025. He further submits that some co-accused persons have been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17260 of 2026(2) dt.19-03-2026 2/2 is named accused in the FIR. Sufficient materials have come during the investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

6. I have considered the submissions of the parties and have gone through the records of the case. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner even though some co-accused persons have been granted bail.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
