1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.i. For issuance of an appropriate writ (s), order (s), direction (s), quashing the order dated 24.01.2020 passed in Case No.- R.N.-17/2014-15 by Collector, Bettiah, West Champaran by which the case of the petitioner has been rejected.

ii. For direction to the respondent concern to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika at Centre No.-149, Ward No.-8, Gram Panchayat Raj

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
