2. The Circle Officer, Rahui is directed to act upon the representation of the petitioners which is annexed as

Patna High Court CWJC No.4429 of 2024(2) dt.23-04-2024 2/2 annexure P 2 to this writ petition. If the Circle Officer, Rahui finds that the encroachment is done by the respondent no. 5 to 9 then he will initiate an appropriate proceeding against the alleged encroachers and dispose of the same in accordance with law after hearing all the alleged encroachers.

3. The aforesaid exercise must be concluded within a period of six months from the date of receipt/communication of this order.

4. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
