2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, three named persons are said to have killed the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2025 and the name of the petitioner has come in the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused. It has been said by the co-accused that the petitioner has also participated in the brutal killing of the deceased.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. If the trial of the petitioner is delayed by the prosecution side then the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
