JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 256 of 2018 arising out of Kalyanpur P.S.Case No. 136 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/34, 304B/34 and 120B/34 of the Indian penal Code. Submission is that wife of the petitioner no. 2 committed suicide, she was mentally ill and out of 10 PWs, 08 have been examined including the informant, father of the victim girl but he has not supported the prosecution case.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely , Bhola Sah and Saroj Sah, are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
