1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to quash and set aside the order dated 11.4.2019 contained in Memo No. 04-01/2019 issued by respondent District Magistrate Patna by which services of petitioner as Executive Assistant has been terminated.

(ii) Further for a direction to the respondents to Re- instate the services of petitioner on the Post of Executive Assistant (1AY/PMAY-G) in any

Patna High Court CWJC No.4663 of 2022(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 block of Patna district and pay him all consequential benefit w.e.f. 11.4.2019 i.e. from the date of termination.

(iii) Further for a direction to the respondents Divisional Commissioner, Patna to decide the appeal representation of petitioner dated 30.4.2019."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the learned Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna on 30.04.2019, which is still pending consideration, hence the same be directed to be disposed off, expeditiously.

3. Having regard to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna to dispose off the aforesaid appeal, filed by the petitioner, in case the same has been filed and is still pending by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
