JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant within one year of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co accused have been acquitted vide judgment dated 14th January, 2015 passed in S.T. No. 326 of 2014 by the learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Benipur since the informant did not support the prosecution case. It is further submitted that investigation against the petitioner is still pending. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23872 of 2015 (2) dt.26-06-2015 2/2 of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Bahera PS. Case No.97 of 2013 pending in the court of learned CJM, Darbhanga.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
