Because of the fact that the present petition, filed in the form of Public Interest Litigation, is completely vague and does not show as to who are the persons, who are seeking allotment of the land, which the Government has earmarked for the purpose of allotment, we do not find that this Public Interest Litigation, can be entertained at this stage.
