Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner no.1 is Bhaisur, petitioner no. 2 to 4 are Dewar and petitioner no.5 is cousin Sasur of the deceased. Allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Petitioners reside separately as
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15065 of 2020(2) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 such they have no concern with the routine life of the deceased and her husband who is already in custody.
Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioners named above, in the event of surrender before the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalnda in PS. Case No.-380 Year-2019 Thana- GRIYAK District- Nalanda, subject to the conditions laid down under sections 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
