The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 379, 401, 411, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, two accused persons including the petitioner herein were caught with a tractor and they did not produce any documents.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 27.11.2020 and investigation in the case has concluded.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26592 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2021 2/2 taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for over 1 year, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case no. 757 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.
