Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the IPC. It is alleged that some unknown miscreants looted mobile, Aadhar Card, Pan card, Driving License, ATMs, Hanumani gold and cash of Rs 3500 from the possession of the informant and fled away taking informant's Alto vehicle. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner transpired only on the basis of confessional statement.
