====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-09-2017 Heard Sri Raj Kishore Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Parmanand Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 17.04.2017 in Laheri P.S. Case No.141 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 30 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on false accusation of recovery of huge quantity of Indian make Foreign liquor allegedly from a garage, which was shown under the joint possession of the petitioner with another persons, the petitioner was mas made accused. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that immediately after noticing the fact that the petitioner was made accused, on 17.04.2017 the petitioner

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Md. Seraj be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-VIth-cum- Special Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No.141 of 2017.
