The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case in brief is that motorcycle of the informant, parked at Bihari Mill, was found missing. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 20-12-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner had no knowledge that the motorcycle, in question is a stolen property. It has further been submitted that the petitioner may be released after completion of six months in custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that after completion of six months in custody, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 510 of 2017.
