Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 62 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated in the present case on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused, as a matter of fact nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35187 of 2018(2) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 62 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
