The petitioner in this case has prayed for setting aside the order of dismissal dated 12.05.2023 (Annexure- P/9) passed by the Commandant, Bihar Special Armed Police-4, Dumraon, Buxar and order of D.I.G. of Police, Bihar Special Armed Police, Central Zone, Patna dated 23.11.2023 (Annexure-11) by which appeal of the petitioner was rejected for grant of all consequential benefits.

During the course of hearing it has come to light that for claiming the reliefs as prayed for in this writ application the petitioner had filed a memorial (Annexure-P/12) before the Director General of Police, Bihar on 27.02.2024 which has not been disposed of till date. Thereafter, the petitioner had also sent

Patna High Court CWJC No.4650 of 2025(2) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 reminders vide letter dated 12.08.2024 and 28.10.2024, but still the memorial continues to be pending before the D.G.P., Bihar.

4. With the consent of parties, the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2) is hereby directed to dispose of the memorial dated 27.02.2024 filed by the petitioner within two months from the date of production of the copy of this order by a speaking and reasoned order.

5. With the above observation, this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
