District and Sessions Judge-VI, Buxar wherefrom it is evident that case is fixed for defence. That being so, now the ball has gone to the court of petitioner. Moreover, the learned Lower Court has assured that within 10 days, case will be disposed of.

Expecting so, I do not see any cogent reason for having second view contrary to order dated 25.08.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 25333 of 2014 along with Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20901 of 2016 (4) dt.31-08-2016 2/2 no. 30183 of 2014.
