Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Goaplpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Biahr Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused who is in inimical terms with this petitioner. The vehicle in question from which the alleged recovery has been made does not belong to this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34638 of 2018(2) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018, Gr. Bo. 1435 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
