Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) (g), 32(1)(2) (3),41(1)of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 40 liters of liquor was recovered from the auto rikshaw on which the petitioner was there. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. There is no material to substantiate that petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence or hamper the trial. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
