2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 487 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 96, 126(2), 115(2), 76, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim girl.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2026.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He also relies upon the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS in which the victim

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 487 of 2025.
