2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 8(c) , 20 ( b ) ( ii ), ( B ) & 29 of the NDPS Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case , total 3.2 kg of Ganja was recovered from house of petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . No incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is indulged in the alleged

6. Considering the nature of accusation , gravity of offence and recovery of narcotic substance , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
