2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners killed the bhagini (niece) of the informant and disappeared her dead-body due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry

4. Petitioners are brother-in-law (HkSalwj) of the deceased. In fact, on the alleged date, the deceased suffered severe chest pain, for which, she was taken to hospital at Ara, from where, she was referred to I.G.I.M.S., Patna and on way to I.G.I.M.S.,

They are separate in mess & property and have got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. Thrust of the allegation is against husband of the deceased. The allegation of torture and demand of dowry is general and omnibus.

5. Learned A.P.P. vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 559 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
