2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following relief/s:- "I. For issuance of writ nature of mandamus for direction to the respondents for publications of the result for the post to the office attendant/attendants (parichari), which examination has held in September, 2024 in pursuance of the advertisement in pursuance of the advertisement No. 1/2018.

II. For further issue direction to respondents published the result to the petitioners to the examination, which was held on 15.09.2024 and 19.09.2024 and further direction respondents issued selection/appointment letter to the petitioners against vacant post. III. For further give other legal consequential benefit to petitioners".

3. Learned counsel appearing for the Bihar Staff

Patna High Court CWJC No.6858 of 2025(2) dt.10-03-2026 3/3 Selection Commission raised a preliminary objection and submits that the prayers made in the writ petition has become infructuous, as the result corresponding to Advertisement No. 1 of 2018 has already been published.

4. As such, this writ petition stands dismissed, as having become infructuous.
