The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No. 84 of 2005 registered under Sections 353 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the allegation that the petitioner and others resorted to firing upon the police party, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
