This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail in a case under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the name of the petitioner transpired during investigation as the one who forged and fabricated the document of the stolen motorcycle. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has not been named in the First Information Report. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is the owner of Telephone Booth and so he could not identify the motorcycle in question and there is no previous criminal history of the petitioner.

No.32655 of 2014 (3) dt.16-04-2015 Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Keshariya P.S.
