Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections-341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and resultant injury reflected by way of grievous injury would not entitle the petitioners to claim the privilege of anticipatory bail.

That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is hereby rejected.

Nothing said in this order however would prevent the petitioners from surrendering before the Court below and praying for regular bail.
