Vide Cr. Misc. No. 60275 of 2022 on 07.02.2023, the anticipatory bail application was allowed.

Now Cr. Misc. No. 24491 of 2023 has been filed stating that there is no one in the family with piece of land and as such bail bond could not be filed.

Accordingly, the prayer has been made for modifying one of the condition by which it has been stated that one of the bailor should be family member of the petitioner. Accordingly, Cr. Misc. No. 24491 of 2023 stands

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24491 of 2023(2) dt.12-04-2023 2/2 allowed and roman (i) of the condition as incorporated in the original order stands deleted.

Accordingly, the period of surrendering in connection with Cr. Misc. No. 60275 of 2022 is also extended for four weeks from today.
