2. The petitioner prays as under:

That the petitioner prays for following reliefs:- (I) That an appropriate writ may be issued commanding upon the respondents concerned to issue the appointment letter to the petitioner, is the light of Final Merit List prepared by the District Council, Purnea on 09.12.2019 as contained in Annexure-5 as earlier as possible.

(ii) For any other reliefs/reliefs for which the

3. The petitioner has an alternate efficacious legal remedy by filing of appeal before the District Appellate Authority in terms of Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Disputes Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020.
