Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Gandhi Maidan PS Case No.199 of 2018, giving rise to Special Case No.52 of 2018 registered under Section 27 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery from possession of the petitioner is Ganja mixed in the cigarette being 2 Gms. in total and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Deepchandra Kumar @ Dipchand Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
