The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 82 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner along with other accused is said to have caused the death of daughter of the informant over the dowry demand.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner happens to be Dever of the deceased. He has no concern with the occurrence and he is living separately from the husband of the deceased. Allegation levelled against the

Mother, brother and other independent witnesses in the case diary have not levelled any allegation against the petitioner regarding demand of dowry. Moreover, as the petitioner happens to be Dever of the deceased, he is not beneficiary of the dowry. He is languishing in judicial custody since 25.07.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge-VII, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 82 of 2017.
