Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application to challenge the order framing charge against the petitioners.

2. In view of the above, this application is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26176 of 2021(4) dt.09-05-2024 2/2 order framing charge against the petitioners.

3. The petitioners will be at liberty to raise all the points available to them including the points raised in the instant application.
