JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 448 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On protest being made for hurling abuse, the petitioner assaulted with fists to the informant and snatched chain whereas co-accused Kamlesh Yadav assaulted with axe.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation against the petitioner is of making assault with fists when the injury has been found to be simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten
