The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No. 496 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he is driver of the tractor on which rice was carried for distribution in the school and other places.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 23.07.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon
