1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/rule/ direction commanding the Respondents authorities to make payment of the admitted arrears of salary, dues which was decided/calculated by the respondent authority in the light of revised six pay scale with statutory interest on the all due amount that have not yet paid to the petitioner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.4681 of 2022(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 submits that the petitioner has already been paid most of the outstanding dues, hence the present writ petition be disposed off, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
