The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 341, 342, 353, 384 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant being the police constable was engaged in checking trucks for violation of provisions of Motor Vehicles Act when this petitioner, Ajay Sah and Hareram Yadav took away one truck forcibly and obstructed the informant in discharging his official duty when the informant was also assaulted.

The case was instituted in 2012 and charge sheet was submitted on 08.03.2013.

In that view of the matter, let learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30346 of 2014 (4) dt.16-02-2015 2 / 2 court below consider regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No. 113 of 2012 pending in the court of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Supaul. It is expected that regular bail application of the petitioner shall be disposed off preferably on the same day.

With this observation, the application is disposed off.
