Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to F.I.R., co-accused Bindeshwari Singh and Jitendra Singh are assailants of the informant. Petitioner is not one of the assailants. Co-accused Bindeshwari Singh has already been allowed bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court, vide Annexure - 3.

Considering the aforesaid material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36048 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Warsaliganj Police Station Case No.96 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
