Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.1438 of 2019 arising out of Rail P.S. Patna Junction Case No.52 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section 273 Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that total 26 bottles of foreign liquor have been recovered from the trolley bag of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
