2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of theft of a Scorpio vehicle of the informant near National Tiles in front of Yadav College.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. He next submits that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged theft of vehicle and he is in custody since 25.11.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. In view of the aforesaid submissions by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the fact that petitioner is in custody for more than six months, so let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 312 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date fixed by the learned trial Court.
