No.221 of 2015 by order dated 12.03.2015 in connection with Complaint Case No.83-C of 2014.

It appears from the petition filed herein that on merits the Opposite Party No.2 did not deserve bail and hence, it should be cancelled.

Since this can be no ground for cancellation of bail, the application is dismissed.
