1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For direction upon the respondents authorities to grant and pay dues salary of the petitioner for the period the petitioner was granted earned leave on different occasions in different districts in the service period of the petitioner but salary for the said period of earned leave has not yet been paid to the petitioner.

(ii) For direction upon the respondents authorities concern for making payment of difference of sixth pay revision, difference of

Patna High Court CWJC No.4668 of 2022(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 time bond promotion and difference of ACP and MACP to the petitioner and further for payment of salary of the petitioner for his suspension period.

(iii) For direction upon the respondents authorities to make payment all the above mentioned dues amount along with interest @ 18% per annum to the petitioner and cost of litigation."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted by referring to the counter affidavit, filed in the present case that the outstanding dues of the petitioner has already stood paid, however, in case he is still aggrieved, he may approach the respondent-authorities.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the respondent-authorities, in case of any subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
