JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (I) (X) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that the son of the informant was taken by the petitioners for playing cricket when the son of the informant was assaulted. It is also alleged that the informant was abused by calling caste name.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for petty dispute, the accusation has been levelled and subsequently, the informant has retracted from his initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23903 of 2015 (2) dt.26-06-2015 2/2 The same has been brought on record as Annexrue-2. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 146 of 2015 pending in the court of learned ACJM, Patna City. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
